We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: we accept returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase date (date listed on your email receipt) for most items in new condition.


Here’s the fine print. You just can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached.


Undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: panties, thongs, bikinis, bras, briefs, boxer briefs, boxer shorts and items marked as “Final Sale.”


We’re happy to give you a one-time price adjustment if the item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order’s purchase date. A refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of online store credit.


We do not accept exchanges at this time.


Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.95, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package
  6. Drop off at your nearest USPS location


Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Be sure to provide correct shipping address as there will be no refunds for orders not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and  file a claim for the missing package.
